Can I subscribe/unsubscribe from mailings?

We distinguish between product emails and marketing emails. You can manage your subscription to marketing emails in your app settings. In the run window, click on the gear wheel at the top left, where you will find a toggle switch for email. You cannot unsubscribe to product emails since they contain important information on the app itself for our users. Product emails are only sent in exceptional situations when it is important to inform you about a change to the app or our terms & conditions.

It goes without saying that we handle our commercial newsletter with care, and we limit communications as much as possible. You will receive a weekly newsletter containing your personal statistics for the preceding week, with the addition of a separate mailing concerning interesting campaigns, promotions, or events specifically aimed at Start 2 Run users.
