My training instructions or encouragements cut out

In our app you can manage your audio settings and switch off audio via one button.

Click on the speaker icon at the top left while running/during the intro. A dash = audio (including training instructions) is off.

Cogwheel icon in the top left corner of the app home screen > turn all audio settings ‘on’:

• Training instructions

• Encouragements

• Updates during training

And click on ‘save’

If you still do not hear audio while running, this is sometimes due to the fact that another app is claiming the audio for itself, or something has gone wrong on the phone with the rights to the audio channel. Restarting the phone might help. Then try our app first to verify that the audio is now working properly.
