In the Start 2 Run app, you can use free trainings free of charge, or start a subscription to gain access to 25 training schedules and other app features such as automatically sending your trainings to Strava or our Apple Watch version.
25 training schedules
The 25 different training schedules in the Start 2 Run app have been created by experienced sports coaches at Energy Lab. They compiled 25 schedules, divided over six distances, being 5 km – 7.5 km – 10 km – 10 miles – half marathon, and marathon. Per distance, a schedule provides the means to build up to a new distance with added variations to maintain your distance, or to improve your speed at a specific distance.
Automatic forwarding to Strava
As a subscriber, you can link your Strava profile in the Start 2 Run app, so that your trainings can automatically be forwarded to Strava afterwards.
As a subscriber, you can install the Start 2 Run app on Apple Watch, available from series 4 and WatchOS 7 or higher.
