The Start 2 Run app is your digital running buddy, who guides you to train in a responsible way as well as motivates you to stick with it.
The Start 2 Run app contains 25 training schedules created by experienced sports coaches from Golazo Energy. These training schedules are divided into six different distances (from 5 km to a marathon), and differentiate per distance between building towards a new distance, maintaining a distance, or increasing your speed over a certain distance.
During the training, your coach motivates you and shares useful tips with you regarding running, nutrition, and mental health, to allow you to live in a healthier way in a diverse range of life aspects.
Keep your personal training diary in the app and follow the calendar in the app so you know when your coach recommends you to train and when she suggests a rest day.
The Start 2 Run app uses the GPS signal in your smartphone to determine your route.
