I accidentally started a subscription to another coach

The Start 2 Run app contains 7 different coaches in 7 different languages. Did you accidentally start a subscription to another coach? Unfortunately, we cannot change your subscription with Google Play or Apple, but hopefully the following tips will help:

1. Within trial period: Each new subscription contains a free trial period in which you can cancel your subscription free of charge. Your subscription will run for 7 days and will then cancel automatically. You can start a new subscription to the coach of your choice.
2. After trial period: Cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Your subscription will continue until the end of the term of your subscription. Send us your App Store or Google Play confirmation email via hello@start2run.app as well as the coach you wish to unlock. This way we can give you access to the right coach in the right language, and this for the remaining time of your subscription.
   After this temporary subscription you can start a new subscription to the coach of your choice.
