Yes, you can! Music can provide extra motivation and focus your training rhythm based on Beats Per Minute at the same time.
In our app, you will also find some suggestions for playlists, available through Spotify. These playlists have been compiled in cooperation with Sony Music, and are regularly updated to allow you to keep exploring new music during your training.
Click the note icon in the top right and browse through all Start 2 Run playlists on Spotify.
You can also choose to combine another music app with our app. In that case, start your favorite music app first, and then start the Start 2 Run app.
The sound volume of your podcast or song will automatically be lowered when your coach wants to give you an update, and will be restored to normal value afterwards.
