It gets even more fun when your encouragements get a personal touch by saying your first name. Our English coach has already recorded more than 400 first names in recent years. MY NAME IS LISTED BUT I DON’T HEAR IT
Is your name registered in your Start 2 Run profile? Or did you choose a nickname or abbreviation? Your coach can only rely on your name in your profile, so change your first name and you will hear your name during the next training sessions.
MY NAME IS STILL NOT BEING SAID
Your app may not have downloaded the latest audio files. Check your profile with which data you are logged in (which email address) and then renew your app by removing it and reinstalling it from the app store.
MY NAME IS NOT LISTED YET
Then it might be added when we dive into the recording studio again. Before we enter the studio, we ask through our social channels which names should be added. Let us know at that point and we’ll add your name to the list.
